By accessing or using the Lighthouse platform and related services ("Services") provided by PRX LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Lighthouse provides CSAM hash-matching and NCMEC CyberTipline reporting tools for platform operators. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You must be a legally authorized representative of a platform or organization to use the Services. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
You agree to use the Services solely for their intended purpose of detecting and reporting CSAM in compliance with applicable law. You will not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
The Services are provided without warranty of any kind. PRX LLC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any hash-matching results or reports filed through the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PRX LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
