  • Technical data necessary for hash-matching operations (perceptual hashes, cryptographic hashes)
  • Metadata required for CyberTipline report filing as mandated by law

  • Provide and operate the Lighthouse platform
  • File CyberTipline reports with NCMEC as required by law
  • Respond to your inquiries
  • Improve and maintain the Services

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations. Hash data used for matching is not stored beyond the duration of the matching operation unless required for reporting purposes.

  • NCMEC, as required by law for CyberTipline reporting
  • Law enforcement, when required by valid legal process
  • Service providers who assist in operating the platform, under strict confidentiality obligations
